Our Story
The 3FL™ Leadership Certification and 7KCC™ Organizational Certification, were born out of a powerful realization: true organizational success is rooted in cohesiveness. As we engaged with leaders and teams across diverse industries, we saw a critical need for a comprehensive framework that not only developed leadership skills but also unified teams around shared values and goals. This insight led to the creation of a transformative approach that integrates leadership, collaboration, and cultural alignment. What started as a mission to fill a gap in traditional training has grown into two certifications that empower organizations to achieve lasting excellence, with ongoing support and resources to ensure sustained success.

Karen Amlin is a distinguished consultant with over 10 years of experience transforming organizations through her innovative approaches to leadership and team cohesiveness. As a professionally credentialed coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Karen has amassed over 20,000 hours of coaching and training, guiding leaders across various industries to achieve exceptional organizational success.

Leigh Ann is an accomplished Leadership Trainer with a passion for cultivating mindful and impactful leadership. With a diverse background in entrepreneurship and management spanning over two decades, Leigh Ann brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role.

Ashleigh Ford, MSN
Ashleigh holds a Master’s in Nursing Leadership and brings over a decade of experience in healthcare leadership. She has distinguished herself in inspiring and transforming teams, effectively managing multiple departments, divisions, and leaders. Throughout her career, Ashleigh has developed extensive expertise in both people and program management. Beyond her professional achievements, Ashleigh is a committed wife and mother of four.
Linda Hughes, MA, BBA, AS
Linda hales from Michigan and lives in Georgia with her family.. She served honorably as a Security Police Officer in The United States Air Force in USAFE (United States Air Force in Europe) for almost five years. Her experiences living abroad for the first 8 years of her adult life have greatly impacted her ability to connect to and appreciate anyone from anywhere. She has an Associate’s Degree in Science, Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin and a Master’s in Management and Leadership.
