We begin with you taking an in-depth, exclusive assessment of your current leadership skills. This step identifies strengths and gap areas, providing you with valuable insight into who are as a leader.

After enrollment you will be given access to the 3FL™ learning platform with lessons and resources that you can work through at your own pac.

You must attend each of the following three full-day zoom workshops to become certified: Empowering Leadership, Meaningful Communication, and Purpose-Driven Teams. Workshops do not have to be completed  consecutively; you can choose from various dates available each month.

You must attend a private, one-hour session with a 3FL™ facilitator to test your 3FL™ knowledge and support you in implementing the tools and strategies learned during training.

Upon completion of all certification requirements, you will be issued a professional digital badge that you can share to your LinkedIn, as well as a professional certification of achievement.

Throughout the training, and following certification, we provide  support and lifetime access to a library of resources ($9500 value) to help you elevate your leadership skills, build strong teams, and enhance workplace culture.
